• Co-Tewaaraton Trophy recipient with brother Lyle Thompson
• Finished as UAlbany's all-time points leader (293) and goals leader (189)
• Matched NCAA single season goals record with 82, second all-time in points in a single season with 119 with 37 assists
• USILA First Team All-American, All-America East First Team attackman, America East Tournament Most Outstanding Player
• Led all of Division I in goals per game (4.56), 1.36 goals per game more than next-closest player, and total goals
